TRIBUTE:

Tribute gifts are special commemorative donations instead of buying a traditional gift for a special occasion. Tribute gifts are a very thoughtful way of honouring a family member, friend or colleague. Tribute gifts are also a great way to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation, birth, retirement, etc. Tribute gifts can also be used to say thank you or send get-well wishes.

IN MEMORIAM:

A donation to the Chapleau General Hospital Foundation in memory of a family member or friend is a meaningful way for you to express your sympathy. If cumulative donations in the amount of $500 or more are received in memory of a loved-one, their name will be placed on our "In Memoriam" list.

These contributions go on to help purchase essential medical and hospital equipment needs at Services de santé de Chapleau Health Services. The Foundation will send a card to the honouree/ bereaved family acknowledging your thoughtfulness and support of the hospital, and you will receive a tax receipt and a note of thanks for your generosity. The amount of your donation is kept strictly confidential.
