TRIBUTE:
Tribute gifts are special commemorative donations to honour a family member, friend, or colleague. They make a unique alternative to traditional gifts to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation, birth, retirement, etc. Tribute gifts can also be used to say thank you or send get-well wishes.
IN MEMORIAM:
A donation to the Chapleau General Hospital Foundation in memory of a family member, friend, or colleague is a meaningful way for you to express your sympathy. If we receive a cumulative donation in the amount of $500 or more in memory of a loved-one, we will place their name on our "In Memoriam" list.
The Chapleau General Hospital Foundation will send a card to the honouree/bereaved family acknowledging your thoughtfulness and support of the hospital, and you will receive a tax receipt and a note of thanks for your generosity. The amount of your donation is kept strictly confidential.
Your contribution helps us purchase essential medical equipment at Services de santé de Chapleau Health Services.
