Cedar Grove Lodge is a 23-unit apartment complex. The Cedar Grove location also houses the Turning Point office and other administrative offices.
About Cedar Grove:
- Features seventeen (17) rent geared-to-income one-bedroom, and six (6) market-rent one-bedroom apartments located at 101 Pine Street E.
- Is a newly renovated, two-storey building with a laundry facility, two large activity rooms, dining room, and private parking space.
- Hosts the Chapleau Senior Citizens Club and the Club Maria Chapdelaine (French Seniors' Club).
- The seniors' clubs run a variety of activities, including exercise classes, painting lessons, gourmet luncheons, bridge, line dancing, weaving, and much more.
- Wheelchair accessible.

As a health care organization, our primary focus is the health of our community and it's for this reason that smoking is not permitted anywhere on SSCHS property. This includes Chapleau General Hospital, Chapleau Medical Center, Bignucolo Residence Courtyard, Cedar Grove and areas previously designated as smoking areas. The smoking ban also includes parking lots and personal vehicles parked on SSCHS property. All patients, visitors and staff members will be required to leave the SSCHS property entirely, if they wish to smoke. | ||
