Services de santé de Chapleau Health Services (SSCHS) is an integrated health delivery system consistent with the Ministry of Health objectives to eliminate duplication and improve access to quality service. It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by members of the corporation. Chapleau is located in the Sudbury North district and services Foleyet, Ramsey, Sultan, and Biscotasing, as well as the First Nation communities of Chapleau Cree, Brunswick House, and Chapleau Ojibway.

The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) has its stated purpose: to achieve accessibility for Ontarians with disabilities with respect to goods, services, facilities, accommodation, employment, buildings, structures and premises on or before January 1, 2025.

Our organization is continuously working to identify and remove barriers in order to provide customer service that is more accessible to people who have disabilities. However, if you anticipate that you may have issues with accessing our building or services, please call ahead to reception at 705-864-1520 in order that we have someone available to assist you.
