Excellent Care for All Act

On June 8, 2010, Bill 46, Excellent Care for All Act, 2010, came into force. Health care organizations are required (by law, among other tasks) to conduct surveys to collect information concerning satisfaction with the services they provide, and to have a patient relations process and a patient declaration of values.
