Maintenance

The Maintenance Department directs and coordinates the operations and activities of the physical plant maintenance, including but not limited to equipment maintenance; utilities operations and maintenance; building and grounds maintenance; facilities protection and security; departmental safety; and environmental compliance.

The Maintenance Department also ensures compliance with applicable federal, provincial and local laws, regulations, statutes, and codes in addition to contract with and oversees the activities of various contractors and consultants for the fulfillment of facility engineering responsibilities.
